00:31These, these are the tubs. We've got a little one here, a small one. In the small one we would do chicken wings, bacon, big bacon joints.
00:41These are getting really raw smoke. They're actually both full now as well so you can see all the stuff that's inside.
00:46So in here, in here are our full bacon joints. So if you do a start with bacon bites.
00:53So what we do with these, yeah they are phenomenal. So what we do with these, we smoke them, direct smoke for three hours and then we wrap them in our butchery wrap to keep all the flavours in and it gets three more hours nice and tender, so soft.
01:06And then we just chop them into five size chunks and deep fry them with a lovely bourbon sauce. You'll love them, won't you?
01:11We make it ourselves. So our magic dust is our herbs and spices. So our magic dust is 14 different herbs and spices that we put in.
01:19You can buy some to take home but we were definitely eating in. And yes, this was just the starters in the kids meal.
01:29And on to the mains. I had a vegetarian rice salad and my husband had medium rare steak and chips.
01:40There's also, to keep the kids entertained, a secret little cinema.
01:45Not to mention, it was dessert time and coffees.
01:51Yeah, we went for the full McCoy. Marshmallows and fondue, frozen custard just to try it, which is amazing. And also a cookie sandwich.
02:03As the restaurant is so big, there's a play area outside but there are also places to sit at the bar
02:10as well as a sports area where you can watch all the latest sports.
