00:00First of all congratulations, welcome to Liverpool. Can you articulate, can you tell us how you feel at this moment?

00:07I would say energised because of the holiday I had. Excited, really looking forward to the new challenge which is ahead of me.

00:15We are of course looking at the training ground which is fantastic.

00:20So there are a lot of things to look forward to. The team is coming back in a few weeks.

00:26Yeah, looking forward to a new start after a nice period I had at Feyenoord.

00:33Can we talk about Jurgen Klopp because you do replace an iconic figure. He is clearly somebody you have huge admiration for.

00:40Yeah, I am 45 now, watching football for a long time and watching football a lot.

00:47I think this has been an era where everybody looked at the Barcelona side of Xavi, Iniesta and Messi.

00:53The rivalry there was between Real Madrid and Cristiano Ronaldo being there.

00:57I think when that came to an end, the new rivalry in European football came because of Jurgen.

01:05He managed Liverpool and Pep Guardiola of course managed Man City.

01:10I think for everyone who loves football, it was a fantastic era to watch the both of them getting the best out of each other.

01:17I have seen a lot of games of Liverpool, a lot of games of City as well.

01:22When you live in Europe, the Premier League is probably the nicest league to follow.

01:28He has done a tremendous job over here and I am really happy with that as a fan.

01:36But now as his successor, he left Liverpool in the best possible way.

01:47Very good team, fans are very good as well. Looking forward to it.

01:54One last job, hopefully for you, and that is your camera there.

01:57It seems like a good way to finish if there is a message from you to the fans. Speak to them direct.

02:03You surprised me a bit on this one.

02:07No, I think like you said, there is a change.

02:12But the change hopefully isn't that big because we still have the same players, we still have the same fans.

02:19If the both of them are going to do the same job, that will make my life a lot more easy.

02:24I am expecting them to show up again in the upcoming season.

02:28The same for the players. I will do everything within my interest and power to lead the team in the best possible way.
