Tottenham fan James Trembath rates the Spurs transfer rumours so far. They might be tough deals to do, but Ivan Toney and Eberechi Eze could be big additions to the squad this summer.

00:05rating all the transfer rumours coming out of White Hart Lane.
00:09And today I'm going to be focusing on two England internationals currently away in Germany at the Euros
00:13Ivan Toney from Brentford and Crystal Palace midfield star Eberrachi Eze.
00:18So let's discuss Ivan Toney first and he's been linked with a big money move across London this summer.
00:23No secret from Toney and his camp that he's looking to move away from Brentford.
00:28Fair to say he had an average season last season after coming back from his ban.
00:33But the season before that he scored 20 goals in 33 appearances and is clearly a goal getter.
00:39Spurs are in the market for a number 9, currently we've been using Richarlison in that position and Hung Min Son.
00:44Fair to say we're much better and have looked much better all season when Richarlison has played in that position
00:51and that's not to say I think Richarlison is the answer but he does give you that focal point up top.
00:56And we've certainly taken away from Son's game when he's had to play down the middle.
01:00Albeit he's had some success with really strong performances with a hat-trick at Burnley
01:04and then a couple of goals at Arsenal playing as the sort of false 9 if you like.
01:09Ivan Toney as we say there's sort of question marks over him regarding his attitude.
01:15The fact he's sort of really vocally wanted away from Brentford hasn't sat well with a number of their supporters.
01:21But would he improve Tottenham? Absolutely.
01:24Would he get 20 goals in a Postacoglou system? 100%.
01:28But will Tottenham sign him? Obviously an English premium.
01:31We look like we'd be looking at over £50 million to secure his signature.
01:35Whether that one will happen I'm not so sure.
01:37But certainly I think Toney is probably one of the best options out there to solve Tottenham's striker problem.
01:43A bit of a dearth of number 9s obviously in the world at the moment.
01:46There's been lots of talk about players coming in from abroad
01:49but Ivan Toney could well be the man and would certainly solve our English sort of quota problems at the moment
01:55heading into the Europa League campaign next season.
01:57Moving on to Eberraci Eze, the Crystal Palace midfielder.
02:01I think there'd be a queue of teams wanting to sign Eze this summer.
02:05He's been a bright shining light for Crystal Palace in the last couple of seasons.
02:09His injury record probably counts a little bit against him.
02:12I think that's one slight concern I've got.
02:14But would he improve Tottenham? Absolutely.
02:17And there's talk that he has a £60 million release clause in his contract.
02:20And he's also represented by CAA Base.
02:23Tottenham obviously have very strong links with that agency.
02:26Andrew Postacoglou, Daniel Levy, James Madison among many players represented by CAA Base.
02:31So perhaps that helps us and gives us a bit of a strong arm in terms of getting that one over the line.
02:35Again it'd be big money, £60 million is his release clause
02:38but there's talk that there's £8 million plus in add-ons around that deal as well.
02:42Rumours talks are planned for the end of this week so we'll see what happens.
02:45But from my perspective, I said James Madison was the signing of the summer last season.
02:50I think Eze could well be the capture of the summer this year for whoever gets him.
02:54He's a quality player, the way he glides with the ball.
02:56He's got an eye for a pass, brilliant dead ball deliveries.
02:59Knows where the goal is.
03:01I guess the one sort of question mark over Spurs would be where would he fit in?
03:05We've obviously got James Madison playing that 10.
03:07Could he play out wide? Could he play box to box? Could he even play with Madison?
03:11But it would no doubt improve our attacking options.
03:14And really be a bit of a statement signing for Spurs should they get that one over the line.
