Persian Cat Does Not Know How to Meow

Pipoy, the 1-year-old Persian cat, grew up with 2 dogs in the house and barely made any sound. When another cat was brought to the house, Pipoy gave a humorous surprise to his owners by seemingly saying "hi" instead of "meow" to the other cat. The people in the room couldn't help but laugh at the surprising sounds made by Pipoy.
