00:00Okay, let's start basic. How hot is it supposed to get this week and where? Which states are

00:06going to be experiencing this heat? Well, areas from the Central Plains,

00:11Midwest and into the Northeast are going to be under the grips of a heat wave this whole entire

00:16week it looks like. Temperatures could soar into the 90s and could even soar into the triple digits

00:21in some areas. 135 or more Americans are under the gun potentially this week for extreme and

00:28dangerous heat. 135 million Americans, that's about a third if not more of the country. And

00:36you said right now 90 degrees to even in the triple digits, that is going to be the actual

00:43temperature. What is the real feel? What will it feel like to people in those states? Well,

00:49yeah, in a lot of these areas, the humidity levels are going to be very high. So that means the

00:52dew point temperatures are going to be in the 60s, 70s. And that just makes it feel really,

00:58really hot outside. That's like when you're going outside and you step outside and you

01:03start sweating immediately. Those are the kind of temperatures I think we're going to be dealing

01:07with here over the next week and into the weekend in a lot of these locations. So, yeah,

01:12AccuWeather real field temperatures in a lot of these areas, 105, 110, maybe even 115 in some

01:17areas.
