00:23It's not something that we have ever stopped focusing on.

00:27I mean, as you remember, when we conducted the withdrawal from Afghanistan, we talked

00:32about sharpening over-the-horizon targeting capability.

00:35And you've seen that bear out now, in places like Iraq and in Syria, now in Somalia and

00:40other places.

00:41It's not something that we take lightly.

00:43It's not something that we aren't constantly trying to improve and sharpen.

00:48And we have not lost one bit, have not lost one bit of focus on the terrorism threat,

00:54either here in the United States or around the world.

00:58In Jake's meetings in India, has the plot to kill an American Sikh activist come up

01:05And do you expect that to be part of the discussions?

01:13But the main focus of his visit, as I said, was to look for ways to deepen the U.S.-India
