00:00When we're trying to change our eating habits, it is amazing how frequently we will make decisions
00:05on the spot when we're challenged that actually move us further away from where we want to be.
00:10Often this is because we've been on diets and plans and learned over and over again to trust
00:16the plan more than we trust ourselves to make a wise common sense decision when we're challenged
00:21or our plans haven't gone to plan. It can help so much to anticipate those moments,
00:27assume that they will happen and reframe them as opportunities to remember that we can make the next
00:33best choice. There are three things you can ask yourself if you find yourself in a moment where
00:38you really don't know what to do. One, what will I be proud of myself for doing when I look back
00:44on this tomorrow? Two, what would I tell someone I love to do if they have the same long-term goals
00:49that I have? And three, what will I do if someone I really respect is watching me right now? I'm
00:55going to be handing over a very clear framework for changing habits with actionable tools, tips
01:02and realistic strategies for staying on track for long enough with a new behaviour around food
01:07until it becomes a habit. On the 1st of July at 6pm until 8.30pm I will be delivering a
01:12masterclass on changing your eating habits and I hope to see you there.
