00:00An explanatory letter was submitted to Malacanang today by the legal counsel of suspended Bamban Tarlac Mayor, Alice Guo,
00:08in connection with the issues raised by the mayor.
00:11The letter was addressed to Executive Secretary Lucas Bersamin, who is the chairman of the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission.
00:19In the letter, Guo explained the accusations against the mayor, such as espionage, human trafficking, kidnapping, and money laundering.
00:32According to Guo's legal counsel, they only asked for a fair investigation.
00:38They also argued that Guo is innocent and that he is ready to help the commission and the Senate to bring out the truth.
00:48It's simply a letter addressed to the Executive Secretary as the chairman of the PAOCC,
00:54just expressing the mayor's intention that she is one with the commission to uncover the truth and for justice to prevail.
