00:20It's a good opportunity for some Filipinos here in Barangay Pembo in Taguig

00:24because there's a free tulli today.

00:26Operation Tulli is part of the Filipino culture of tullying.

00:30Usually, it's done during school break.

00:32Here in Taguig, there's a free tulli for the leaders of doctors, nurses,

00:36and medical personnel of the Taguig Medical Assistance Office.

00:39Here in Pembo Elementary School, the first operation tulli will be done.

00:43These youths woke up early.

00:45They're nervous, but they're ready.

00:47They feel that they'll cross the new level of being a man.

01:15there's also a free antibiotic, pain reliever, and guide for proper care

01:19so that it won't cause asthma.

01:21Only 500 will be accepted every day

01:23from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.

01:25To remind those who are suffering and crying

01:27to eat before the operation

01:29and to stock up on snacks so that you won't feel dizzy.

01:32There should be a parent or guardian with an ID

01:35and a consent form from the barangay.

01:38Angelo is also in the mindset of his father, Joel,
