00:00One of the biggest moments I would say was when I captured these Ladakh kids.
00:19They sing really well, but I think their attitude was even better.
00:26I had 1% battery, literally, and I just captured them on my phone.
00:31I was very much like, you know ki yeh viral jaayega, this will go viral.
00:39And when I posted it, I remember it blew up and Pratik Kuwar commented.
00:43Post that, I got a call from Pratik Kuwar's team that they want to call the kids for a
00:48performance and that's when I realised the power of social media.
00:54My name is Sneha Desai and people know me as Little Miss Chatterbox.
00:58That's my Instagram handle.
00:59I'm a digital creator.
01:04I make content around travel and entertainment.
01:10People told me, because I used to travel a lot, that you know you need to start putting
01:13up your recommendations and your travel experiences out there.
01:18So I've travelled 24 countries till date and most of them were in my childhood when
01:26I don't even remember that there was a thing like Instagram or you need to capture these
01:30memories.
01:35I think I started loving travel after I started blogging even more.
01:39I started enjoying the social media game and the appreciation that I received.
01:45The worst part is you need to be updated with the trends.
01:48So I am always scrolling, okay this is working, that is working, this song is trending.
01:53This is what can be made and to get new ideas you need to be there.
01:59Sort of toxic but you need to be there, yeah.
02:07I think the pressure is just increasing because it's become very competitive.
02:14I think everybody can be an influencer today in some or the other ways.
02:18Earlier it was like you need to put one reel a day for your account to be consistent.
02:25Now you have to put two reels a day.
02:30And that's literally a lot of work.
02:36A reel would take me around three to four hours editing, posting, caption, everything.
02:47You need to be very much aware of what you're showing.
02:50For example, a very simple thing in the beginning, I showed a video of me driving and I was taking
02:57a story.
02:58I realised so many people telling me that you shouldn't be doing this.
03:05But then there are people who will hate you for something just for the sake of it, like
03:09absolutely nothing.
03:10They'll just show up in your comments and they just want to pull you down.
03:20I think what really affects is when somebody comments on your body or they will say something
03:25which really pinches you.
03:30You need to sort of rewire yourself, that it's their perspective about me, that's not
03:37who I am.
03:45And that's when you really need to be mindful about how you need to take care of your mental
03:49health.
03:55I think my family is my biggest supporter in this.
04:02And I take my breaks.
04:03I think that works the best.
04:04I will be off social media for some days if I don't feel like it.
04:13I'm a travel influencer and then suddenly I was like, I don't want to be out of my house.
04:18And this happens.
04:19This is for real.
04:20I was like, if not travel, then what?
04:24What am I going to do?
04:26Then I started putting out entertainment content.
04:28The content that I can make from home, it picked up so well.
04:37A lot of people are making entertainment or relatable content.
04:39But when it comes to wedding content, I've seen very few people actually put it out.
04:47And I've realised a lot of people are going through the same process as I am, like the
04:52whole arranged marriage thing and not finding the one, I would say.
05:03I don't know, it just happened that by picking up that pain point, I just started creating
05:09content and started putting it out.
05:16Everybody's loving it.
05:17I thought that only the crowd in my 30s would be able to relate it.
05:20But I see even like there will be some auntie in her 50s and she's like, you know what?
05:24I love it.
05:25Like this is so true.
05:26And I was like, okay.
05:27So I see a lot of people want to say these things, but they just cannot say it out loud.
05:36I was very scared of how my dad would react to it.
05:39I didn't know if he would take this positively.
05:42But I think when I showed it to my dad, he also found it funny.
05:52There is a pain point, but I made it very, very relatable and I had this humorous viewpoint
05:57to it.
06:00The more you create, the more you know and the more you know how to crack the game.
