00:00Five Chinese nationals and one Filipino man were arrested for shooting two Chinese men in Paranaque.

00:07The police are trying to get the witnesses of the suspects who were shot because of debt.

00:13We have the first news. This is Darlene Cai.

00:20Four men entered a condominium unit in Rojas Boulevard in Paranaque.

00:24Later, six of them came out of a room. One of them was about to be hanged.

00:31They got on the elevator and left the condominium.

00:34They were shot by two brothers who were Chinese nationals.

00:39After the receipt of the report, we immediately ran to the place.

00:47We coordinated with the security guard downstairs.

00:51They guided us to the room where the shooting incident took place.

00:57When the police entered the unit, they saw the two victims who were bleeding and covered in bruises.

01:03They were shot in the lower part of their body.

01:11They were taken to the hospital and their condition is stable.

01:14With the help of CCTV and intelligence information,

01:17the Paranaque Police found ten suspects, two Filipinos and eight Chinese nationals.

01:22We received a report that one of the suspects, actually two of the suspects in the shooting incident,

01:35were living in the other tower.

01:38After that, the arrest of other suspects was followed.

01:42A Filipino who was a bodyguard of the group was arrested in his house in Paranaque.

01:47Inside a hotel room in Pasi City, two Chinese nationals were arrested.

01:57In another hotel in Clark, Pampanga, another Chinese national was arrested.

02:02In total, five Chinese nationals and one Filipino were arrested.

02:06They were given two guns, two cars and three motorcycles.

02:10According to the investigation, the two victims were in debt to a group of Chinese nationals

02:16who were lending money to casino players.

02:18Based on our initial inquiry and investigation,

02:22there was no information related to Pugo or IGL, these involved personalities.

02:31They were employees or they worked in a casino and they have their own junket.

02:38The Filipino who was arrested was previously arrested for carnapping and robbery.

02:42One of the Chinese nationals was charged with corruption.

02:45Four other motorists and the group's big boss, who is also a Chinese national, were also found.

02:50They were inside a car, so the CCTV did not capture them.

02:54The other suspects are still being searched.

02:57The Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission of Pauk is investigating the incident
