00:00The driver of a modern jeep may face a series of complaints

00:08that his passenger is too shy to look at him because of his weight.

00:12LTFRB reminds drivers that it is prohibited to choose a passenger.

00:22Joy is ashamed of the fact that the driver of her jeepney

00:27traveled to Paranaque last Friday.

00:31The driver said the reason was his weight.

00:35Joy even pretended to double her fare,

00:38but the driver still forced her to get off.

00:42Joy complained to LTFRB earlier.

00:45They told me that I was the one who got on their jeepney before.

00:49I was the one who got off because the jeepney was about to be flattened.

01:02LTFRB said they will send a show-cause order to the complainant driver

01:55The jeepney driver who was complained to LTFRB

01:59by the passenger who insisted on getting off

02:01because of his weight.

02:03When the driver and his wife confessed,

02:05they said it's true that fat people are not allowed in their jeepney.

02:09And Joy Gutierrez was the one who got off.

02:11They explained that Gutierrez used to be a passenger

02:15and they were able to answer back then.

02:17So in order for the answer not to be repeated,

02:19they got Gutierrez off last Friday.

02:22Before the viral video was taken,

02:24they said that Gutierrez or Gutierrez told them

02:28that their jeepney is colored.

02:30The couple admitted that they did something wrong.

02:33But the couple complained.

02:35They were also hurt by Gutierrez's post

02:37and three days were not passed due to fear.

02:41The couple will be brought to the LTFRB hearing on June 14.
