00:27Wasted! What could be keeping them? The pharaoh should not be made to wait.
00:31When asked about the ongoing theme of history in his shows, creator Jay Stevens said the past is full of surprises.
00:39Twelve-year-old protagonist Cleo Carter was certainly in for a surprise in Tuttenstein,
00:44when she stumbled across a mummified body of Tutankhaa Setamun.
00:48Tutankhaa Setamun? Greatest pharaoh of all time, warrior, king, leader, ruler of the ancient world!
00:55Even more surprising, Tutankhaa Setamun is shocked back to life by a bolt of lightning,
00:59and Cleo must help him adapt to the modern world.
01:02Airing on Discovery Kids, the series drew inspiration from real-life Egyptian myths and kings,
01:08and even had an Egyptologist on board to act as a consultant.
01:12Thousands of years ago, he ambushed his own brother Osiris,
01:17tossed him in the Nile, and cut his body into lots of little tiny pieces.
01:22Thankfully, the series' pseudo-educational angle never impacted its comedy or the fun in its adventures.
01:29Number 9. Brandy and Mr. Whiskers
01:32Well, well, well, it is our lucky day! Define lucky.
01:37Brandy is a haughty, pampered pooch. Mr. Whiskers is an easily excitable and often unhygienic rabbit.
01:44Although they wouldn't typically get along, circumstances have landed them both in the middle of the Amazon rainforest,
01:50where they must learn to work together in order to survive.
01:53While adapting to their new surroundings, the unlikely pair meet some surprising new friends
01:58and get involved in a number of kooky, not to mention dangerous, scenarios.
02:03Ugh, somebody could use a decorating tip or two.

02:06The series won a Daytime Emmy Award for Individual Achievement in Animation in 2005,
02:12and inspired a handful of fun and memorable flash games on Disney Channel's tie-in website.
02:17Sadly, the show has never made its way to Disney+,
02:21making it harder for newer generations to enjoy Brandy and Mr. Whiskers' Amazonian exploits.

02:44While it's easy to forget about a lot of kids' TV shows as you move into adulthood,
02:49it's considerably easier to forget a show you watched as a toddler.
02:53PB&J Otter aired on Disney Channel's preschool block, Playhouse Disney,
02:58and centered around the lives of a family of otters living in a small fishing community.
03:02Like many shows of the same ilk, episodes of PB&J Otter often had an educational message or moral lesson.

03:15Episodes also almost always featured one or more songs,
03:18the likes of which would land the series an Annie Award nomination for Outstanding Music.

03:35Time to live the dream!

03:39You probably know OutKast for songs like Hey Ya and Miss Jackson.
03:43But did you know that one half of the famous hip-hop duo once created a Cartoon Network series?
03:49Unsurprisingly, the show was a musical and featured Andre 3000 as a music teacher named Sonny Bridges,
03:55who taught at the Wesley School of Performing Arts.
03:58Unlike many other cartoon shows, which take place in either vague or fictionalized towns,
04:03Class of 3000 was situated in the real-life city of Atlanta, Georgia.
04:07Listen to me. This neighborhood got style.
04:10That haberdashery on the corner? That's where I learned how to dress.
04:13This location was important to Andre, who sought to share the city's unique culture with the world.
04:18And share it he did, with a diverse cast of characters depicted in a colorful experimental style.
04:30Number 6. Whatever Happened to... Robot Jones?

04:39It seems to have been a show that executives at Cartoon Network weren't really sure what to do with.
04:44Even the voice of the show's title character was an issue,
04:47with the network ultimately forcing the show's creator, Greg Miller,
04:50to hire a human actor rather than utilizing text-to-speech software.
04:55All the data I have collected about friendship was nothing but a lie.
05:00I will never make friends with humans.
05:03Still, it's hard to argue against the series' fun premise,
05:06which saw a teen robot living alongside humans and learning their culture in an alternate 1980s Delaware.
05:13It's a shame that's all we got to see because Miller hinted in interviews
05:17that Robot Jones could have taken a surprisingly dark turn towards world domination
05:22had the series lasted beyond its short 13-episode run.
05:26What's he doing?
05:31Number 5. Evil Con Carne
05:33The only thing I need to do is rule the world!
05:37Yes, sir.
05:38You may not remember this show, but you probably remember its characters.
05:42This is because Evil Con Carne is one of two spinoffs of Maxwell Atom's Grim and Evil,
05:48with its sister show being the more popular, The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy.
05:53It seems to be a swirling vortex of pure evil coming out of your floor.
05:57While Billy and Mandy focuses on the adventures of two children who befriend the Grim Reaper,
06:02Evil Con Carne has a considerably stranger premise.
06:05It centers around Hector Con Carne, a crime lord,
06:08whose brain and stomach are put into the body of a purple circus bear after a failed assassination attempt.
06:14His brains are mine!
06:16Stomach too!
06:17And was attached to the body of a stupid circus bear!
06:19It only ran for 22 episodes, but its characters found a new life in cameo roles on Billy and Mandy,
06:26where they were probably always better suited.
06:28I'm not even on this stupid show anymore!
06:31Number 4. Dave the Barbarian
06:33It's crazy that this series has become forgotten by so many.
06:36I guess I was hoping for, I don't know, like some kind of magical energy blast.
06:42And you couldn't say something? What am I, a mind reader?
06:45Although it failed to reach the popularity of fellow Disney shows like Kim Possible or The Proud Family,
06:51Dave the Barbarian wasn't without its fans.
06:53It even received its own line of McDonald's Happy Meal toys.
06:57But we're getting ahead of ourselves.
06:59The real unforgettable aspects of this short-lived series
07:02were its charming cast of characters and stellar sense of humor.
07:05Time to cut a muffin!
07:07That still sounds nasty for some reason.
07:09And while it took place in the Middle Ages,
07:11it had an undeniably modern slant that allowed for some surprisingly surreal, era-defying adventures.
07:18Unfortunately, it only lasted for one season,
07:20ending unceremoniously with the protagonist's parents still away
07:24and the villainess Chuckles the Silly Piggy still at large.
07:28At last, I, the Dark Lord Chuckles the Silly Piggy, reign supreme!
07:35Number 3. Sheep in the Big City
07:38Farmer John loves his animals,
07:41especially a spunky little sheep called Sheep.
07:47We're not pulling the wool over your eyes.
07:49This cartoon from the author of Canuffle Bunny and Elephant and Piggy is a sheer delight.
07:55Sheep in the Big City follows the life of a sheep aptly named Sheep,
07:59who leaves his home on the farm for the big city after a secret military organization
08:05takes interest in him for their sheep-powered ray gun.
08:08I must have that sheep! I'm in charge of a top-secret agency, you know!
08:12Really? Which one?
08:14I can't tell you. It's a secret.
08:16The show unfortunately faded into obscurity after its 26-episode run,
08:21but was once the highest-rated premiere on Cartoon Network.
08:24With its occasional meta-humor, smart wordplay, and a unique simplistic art style,
08:30the show still feels as fresh today as it did in the 2000s,
08:34and still makes for a fun and breezy watch for all ages.
08:37When we last saw our hero, a percentage of America was asking,
