00:00A wedding was viral in Amlan, Negros Oriental after the priest started the mass, even though the bride was still walking.
00:14The bride, Janine Suelto Sagario, started the ceremony because it started late.
00:21It was at 8am on June 8, the wedding was scheduled, but the night before the wedding, they were told by their priest that it started at 9.30am.
00:31The priest was called by a member of the church.
00:34St. Andrew Parish replied that there was no notice from the parish office that there was a change in the schedule because there was a funeral mass at 9.30am.
00:44It is possible that the priest misread the dates on the church's bulletin board.
00:50They were told that the priest arranged for the wedding to continue even though it was already an hour late.
00:56The priest also told the family of the deceased that the funeral mass would be delayed and that they should wait until the wedding was over.
01:04The church also asked the bride and groom and their respective family members who were offended by what happened,
01:11as well as the deceased's relatives who were affected by the change in the schedule.
01:16The bride and groom got married again on June 17.
