She spotted a pigeon stuck in the toilet and urgently beckoned her male colleague for help.
Unfortunately, he was a bit frightened of birds, making the rescue mission daunting.
As the situation unfolded, other colleagues started recording, adding pressure to the already tense scenario.
Each time he tried to assist the distressed bird, he hesitated and retreated, inadvertently adding to the bird's unease.
In the end, the resilient pigeon managed to free itself while he stood there, still trying to figure out how best to lend a helping hand.
