00:00A man in Quezon City was found guilty after selling a gun that he stole from a security guard.

00:07This is the first news of James Agustin.

00:13The 26-year-old man was in jail after he was caught in a bypass operation by the police in Barangay Pasong Tamo, Quezon City.

00:20The suspect sold the gun to the police who claimed to be a buyer.

00:24The gun was loaded with bullets.

00:26According to our informant, his asking price was P5,000 for the gun.

00:34A .38 caliber revolver was obtained from the suspect.

00:38In an investigation, the suspect stole the gun from a security guard in Mayo.

00:44The serial number of the gun that was confiscated was read here to our informant.

00:50They confirmed that it was the missing gun of our guard.

00:54The suspect was jailed twice. He was arrested in 2019 for the theft of a gun.

01:02Yes.

01:03Why did you do that?

01:05I just needed it, sir.

01:10The suspect admitted that he stole the gun from a security guard.

01:14He was charged with violating the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act and Anti-Fencing Law.
