00:00Well sure it would have been great to have Molly talk because she's so articulate and insightful

00:04about these things but you know she's in the movie quite a lot and has a lot to say already

00:07in the movie but you know the broadpack's a funny thing it's like an octopus it has these long

00:12tentacles you know and still reach out and you can either feel them as an embrace or as something

00:17other you know and uh you know it's people people are at different places in their lives you know

00:26so sure I mean I'd like to talk to everybody but I wanted to talk to 50 more people but we

00:29didn't have time or money well none of them were difficult most of what the biggest surprise for me

00:34of the whole process and the biggest sort of revelation to me was how much affection we all

00:39had for each other you know because like Rob and I when we were young we were very competitive in

00:43certain ways and you know he was the first person I ever met in show business and you know we

00:48auditioned for the first same movie together in the same room and so and we were not particularly

00:53close back then so to see him for the first time in 30 years was just and realize how much warmth

00:58there was between us was a fantastic feeling and it surprised both of us I think and um and

01:05meeting David Blum then talking to him was a fascinating experience yeah I never would have

01:09there were like I said in the elevator in the movie I think there if you told me I'd be going

01:14up to David Blum's house to talk to him about his article I would have said you were absolutely out

01:17of your mind and so it's interesting what time and age do for you and so uh that was fascinating

01:23to talk to him.
