Prince William celebrates seaweed and food innovation

Entrepreneurs gathered at Cardiff Metropolitan University alongside Prince William to discuss investment in the sector and display products based on what Derek Walker, Future Generations Commissioner for Wales, dubbed the super-power of seaweed.
