00:00Hello, my name's Mark, just leaving this brief recording just to pass on my experience with
00:09using Housebuyer Bureau. I started the whole process on the 21st of February and within
00:18around a week I'd had the offer and the survey done, just to confirm. It could have all progressed
00:26much more quickly, except at my choosing, Housebuyer Bureau were quite happy to set the
00:33completion date for the 19th of April, which helped fit in with me moving on to my next property,
00:40except for just personal circumstances, so that was great of them to do that.
00:46About the staff concerned, I dealt with Dorothy Barker and Kerry Walters, who were both lovely,
00:51they're really friendly, there was never any pressure to accept the offer,
00:57the majority dealt with the process initially and then it passed over to Kerry once I'd accepted
01:02the offer, but they're both really genuine, like I say, no pressure, always had time to
01:11think over the offer etc before proceeding and as I say, a pleasure to deal with really,
01:18no complaints whatsoever, explained everything really well, kept me updated at all points
01:24and seemed genuinely interested in my circumstances and making it fit with
01:31my needs etc, so as I say, I couldn't fault them at all.
