00:27the residents here in La Castellana Negros Occidental are still afraid.

00:34The evacuees here in La Castellana are in good condition,

00:38but there are still many who have spoken to GMA Regional TV News Team

00:46who are asking to return to their homes.

00:50I have spoken to Don Felix Robles Elementary School,

00:54which is an evacuation center.

00:56They are having a hard time returning to their homes,

01:00even their pets.

01:02They can only return home using a pass-snip or gate pass.

01:07This is the result of the LGU's strictness for their health.

01:11Some elderly people want the situation to return to normal
