01:50 against a very prominent office bearer of the BJP, the head of its IT cell.
01:56 But is it to anybody's surprise, the IIT-BHU gang rape, if you remember,
02:01 and the three people involved, Saksham Patel, Kunal Pandey and Anand Chauhan,
02:05 all members of the BJP IT cell, all extremely close to senior leaders of the BJP,
02:11 including Narendra Modi.
02:13 This is a pattern.
02:15 It's a pattern whether it's Kuldeep Singh Sengar or Chinmay Anand or Brij Bhushan
02:19 or Ankita Bhandari's murderer or those who were released,
02:24 who killed and who gang raped Bilkis Bano and her family.
02:29 It's a pattern.
02:31 They're all BJP leaders and each one of them has been protected by Narendra Modi.
02:35 And so today we seek the immediate removal of Amit Malviya from his position.
02:40 It's an extremely influential position.
02:43 It's a position of power and there can be no independent inquiry.
02:47 There can be no independent probe.
02:49 There cannot be justice unless and until he doesn't get removed from his position.
02:54 He cannot continue in that position of authority and influence if justice indeed has to be done.
02:59 He is the same man who has perpetrated one lie after the other.
