00:36 to join Bragg's team, to the prosecution's star witness, who my colleague, our conference

00:44 chair referenced, Michael Cohen, a real criminal, admitting to multiple crimes on the stand.

00:52 All of the evidence in this case points to one simple fact.

00:57 This was never about what President Trump did or didn't do.

01:02 It's about who he is.

01:04 He's the leading Republican candidate for president, and the Democrats have made it

01:08 clear that they will stop at nothing, even if it means weaponizing our justice system

01:13 and trampling on the rule of law to try and prevent him from getting to the White House

01:18 again.

01:19 The good news is the American people are not fools.

01:23 They see this for the sham that it is, and they will issue the ultimate verdict this

01:29 November.

01:30 Until then, House Republicans will continue to do our part to give Americans the transparency

01:35 and accountability they deserve on the shady cast of characters who are hell-bent on attacking

02:02 Chairman Jordan has called on Bragg and Colangelo to testify before our Select Committee on

02:07 the Weaponization of the Federal Government next week.

02:10 Speaker Johnson has also said we're going to look at Special Counsel Jack Smith, who

02:15 we believe has been abusing his authority as well.

02:18 Bottom line, the Democrats' corrupt weaponization of our justice system must be stopped, and

02:24 we're going to do everything in our power to hold them accountable.
