South Australian government announces $250 million cost-of-living relief package

A quarter of a billion dollar a cost-of-living relief package is the centrepiece of this year's South Australian budget. Treasurer Stephen Mullighan has handed down the Labor government's third budget confirming another surplus accompanied by a sharp rise in debt.
