00:34 Palau has blamed China for a recent cyber attack in which thousands of confidential
00:39 documents were stolen.
00:41 According to the New York Times, many of those contain details of Palau's relationship with
00:45 Taiwan.
00:46 Palau is one of only 12 countries with official diplomatic ties with Taipei.
00:50 China has denied it was behind the hack.
