00:19But today, everything has changed, because Zach Bagans and the team from Ghost Adventures are here.
00:24Apparently, our lot is haunted.
00:26You've been doing this for 20 years now.
00:33And I'm starting to wonder, am I here, like in this material world?

00:42Ghost Adventures is on Discovery.

00:47We have a brand new season, new episodes every Wednesday at 9, 8 central.
00:53A lot of great locations.
00:55I mean, we investigated what was once the largest hospital in the entire world.

01:03It was the L.A. General Hospital.
01:05This is a place of nightmares.
01:08We were literally walking through there, and patient lights were still blinking on like reaching out for help.
01:13It was a nightmarish investigation.

01:22A little back story on this location.
01:30Built in 1928, Radford Studios is one of the oldest film studios in the world.
01:35Classics like Gunsmoke, The Mary Tyler Moore Show, and Gilligan's Island were shot here,
01:40as well as more recent TV hits like Roseanne, Seinfeld, and Will & Grace.
01:45Big Brother still shoots here.
01:47Hundreds of thousands of extras and studio workers have walked these grounds,
01:51and who knows what stories they could tell.
01:54Well, I aim to find out.
01:56Why does everything get scarier once you start talking?

01:59I've been in this building a ton of times.
02:01I've had great meetings in here.
02:03And now I am terrified to walk through that door.

02:06This whole area, all these studios have so much history.

02:10There's been a lot of stuff that has occurred here.
02:13But what I'm saying is you're with us.
02:16We absorb all of these spirits.

02:20That's why we're so unique is because when we open that door up,
02:25just by turning on a device, there could be things that follow us that are going to come through.
02:30And you, you're not clear out of the dark here because you've been investigating with us before.

02:38This could be a great investigation.
02:40We might not capture anything at all, but we go full force.
02:45I don't care if I'm investigating a 7-Eleven, a studio, or a demonically charged house.

02:55So what we want to do is we want to help Kevin, and we want to come here, investigate where he works,

03:07they might not have the demons, they might not have all the dark history,
