#PenangFashionShow adalah platform bagi enam pereka muda untuk menunjukkan rekaan hebat masing-masing. Penang Fashion Show 3.0 kali ini bertemakan “back to designer”. Setiap pereka menginterpretasikan tema ini dengan cara yang berbeza, berdasarkan latar belakang rekaan yang unik.  Meskipun pemilik nama Sodiqin Shaz ini bukanlah graduan lepasan seni reka fesyen, namun semangat yang membara dan rasa cinta akan dunia fesyen ini sangatlah dikagumi  Tahun ketiga dah tau Penang Fashion Show!   @penangfashionshow #MajalahRemaja #Remaja #remajamalaysia

00:02 I always say that I'm not a fashion designer.

00:04 I'm a fashion enthusiast.

00:06 The third time, first we have emerging designers,

00:19 which is we have new designers, young designers.

00:24 the team they say we are not working on bridal,

00:26 there are two years we are not working on bridal,

00:27 they say it's called back to designers,

00:29 so they get to do what their major is.

00:31 I'm very excited of course,

00:33 it's because I'm one of the models for Sodykin.

00:41 I'm also excited about the runway.

00:43 This year, our collection is back to designers.

00:47 And I'm also one of the muse for this year's collection.

00:50 So some of the pieces this year is actually

00:57 from those that I already wear.

01:00 Why do you think bridal is back to fashion?

01:04 Because not everyone in Penang wants to see bridal.

01:09 We notice that.

01:10 And everyone wants something new.

01:12 So instead of doing bridal and bridal and bridal,

01:42 For the selection, they will just submit their designs and all.

01:46 And it's open for everyone to just join.

01:49 But we want everyone to have this platform

01:51 to just be creative for one night in Penang.

01:54 Because it's not available in Penang.

01:56 So we wanted to give that.

01:57 No, it is my mom.

01:59 That's my mom.

02:00 My mom is a tailor.

02:01 So ever since that,

02:03 I saw my mom sewing and all.

02:06 I said, "Okay, that's interesting."

02:08 But my mom's genre is very different.

02:10 She never liked my clothes.

02:12 She said my idea is crazy.

02:14 But she likes traditional tailoring.

02:18 And I like crazy tailoring.

02:20 And ever since that, she has been a very supportive mom.

02:23 And it grows from there.

02:26 One word to describe ZanyFaceShark is "crazy".

02:32 What else?

02:33 I think I would describe him as very unique.

02:36 Because his idea is something that no one has seen before.

02:41 He comes up with new ideas and new designs

02:44 without people expecting it.

02:47 The challenge this year is probably

02:50 everyone gets busier every year.

02:53 Just to have meetings.

02:55 And this year, we have a lot of models from KL.

02:57 Coordinating everything from KL is actually major.

03:01 But alhamdulillah, everything went very smoothly.

03:04 And I would really say that this year is easier.

03:09 I think because everyone knows the flow,

03:11 it's easier that way.

03:13 But the challenge is that everyone is further away and busier.

03:18 The designers. It's always the designers.

03:20 In Penang, we have Naim Butek.

03:22 In Penang, we have Aizry Rahman.

03:25 The details that Aizry Rahman gave to the Helices design.

03:29 The menswear that Naim Butek gave.

03:32 Everyone would want to wear Naim Butek's idea.

03:35 I think it's the designers. It's always the designers.

03:38 I'm very grateful for the designers that are in Penang Fashion Show.

03:41 Because if you ask me what's the difference,

03:44 you've got a taste of every single genre.

03:48 It's not the same.

03:50 Okay, interesting. This is my first design.

03:58 This is the first baju I made.

04:00 The minute I say 3.0, I say I want two muse.

04:04 A guy and another girl.

04:06 The dress itself is biasa.

04:10 The sordidkinsias is the anatomy.

04:13 Sordidkinsias and the anatomy is there.

04:17 I took something and I put it in.

04:19 If I took out this thing, it is not sordidkinsias.

04:21 It has to have this thing.

04:23 Firstly, I would not say I'm a fashion designer.

04:25 I always say that I'm not a fashion designer.

04:27 I'm a fashion enthusiast.

04:29 I'm very, you know, facing the facts.

04:33 I don't study fashion.

04:35 If you look, this is not how structurally it is.

04:38 But if I want the sleeves to be tight,

04:41 it's not traditionally that way.

04:43 But if I want it, I say it's a tangga sengit dress.

04:46 So I'm a fashion enthusiast that I make it my way.

04:49 I hope people see me and my art the way it is.

04:55 Not what it should be.

04:57 Because I don't want to do it how it should be.

05:00 I want people to just accept it that way.

05:03 If it's how it should be, this should not be worn.

05:08 No one would want to wear this.

05:10 I want people to accept the art as it is.

05:14 Because art has a lot of form.

05:16 As long as you don't hurt people's feelings

05:26 And people would accept it.
