00:04 Yes. So the first one, we spoke about humanitarian aid and of course, we are already using our knowledge during this tragedy,

00:19 during this period, using our experience. We can share with the Philippines digitalization of our country, how to manage in a very challenging period.

00:33 We can share our cyber security experience because we've been, you know, attacked by Russians a lot of time, hundreds of times, thousands.

00:44 And really, we managed all this, we solved these problems. And from the Philippines, we are very happy to, the President gave me signal that you're ready to help us with the medicine,

00:58 especially mental health and psychological challenges. It's understandable that during the World War brought nothing good, of course.

01:10 And we have 1 million army and of course, these guys, these veterans who came back home, they began to study how to live through the, you know, civilians.

01:23 And it's very difficult. We don't have enough specialists, yes?

01:30 Oh, yeah.

01:31 Enough specialists, experts in mental health, not enough, never enough.

01:38 And speaking of, the Philippines is known for its skilled medical workers and skilled workers in general.

01:44 So, are you open to letting Filipinos help in addressing the medical concern in your country?

01:50 And if ever the war ends, for the Filipinos also to help in the reconstruction of your infrastructure?

01:57 Of course, renovation. We'll be happy to see private business of Philippines in Ukraine. We'll be very open for it.

02:05 I think all the world, all the partners will renovate because Russia destroyed, it's not about houses, it's about cities, villages and cities, dams and bridges,

02:18 and a lot of different things. And of course, we need help. I count on big Philippines reconstruction rule in renovation of Ukraine.

02:28 So, the President already has committed to that?

02:30 Yes, the President told me that Filipinos will be happy and that the government will work with the private sector.

02:37 And of course, I invited President and private sector to have communication between us, two of us and our businesses before.

02:47 I think we have to begin now. The war anyway will finish, anyway. And I think we have to think how to build peace in our country right now.

03:00 And it will be win-win because we will give opportunity to Philippines business to have business and of course, this is big support on what we count.

03:11 And the President also said that he'll be attending the peace summit?

03:14 Yes, he said that Philippines will support the summit. I said that for us it's very important for him to come.

03:20 He said he will come and he will participate in the summit. This is a great strong signal.

03:26 And also, we spoke about our bilateral agricultural relations.

03:33 Climate change.

03:34 Climate change is very important. I think we will work to do our trade between our countries wider.

03:42 And I don't know, do you know, I said to the President that this year we will open embassy.

03:49 You know, big step to each other. We really want and count on strong relations with Philippines.

03:57 So, does that mean more Filipinos will be able to go to Ukraine already and find jobs there?

04:02 They are very welcome.
