00:00 Playing Max on Stranger Things, I mean, it's meant everything to me.
00:04 It's been such a huge part of my life.
00:06 It's going to be like difficult to say goodbye to her whenever that day comes.
00:12 It's been like the thrill of a lifetime, really.
00:14 And it's taught me so much about myself and myself as an actress.
00:20 So, yeah, to answer your question, it's meant a lot.

00:31 For my 20th birthday, I had COVID.
00:34 So I didn't do anything.
00:36 But I don't know if I would have done anything if I, you know, didn't even have COVID.
00:41 Because I'm not a big birthday person.
00:42 I don't do like big parties or celebrations.
00:45 But yeah, 20 is a big year.
00:46 Definitely feels a little bit more adult, I guess.
00:50 You're out of your teens, you're into your 20s.
00:52 Max and I are similar in the sense that we both have a hard time trusting people, maybe.
00:59 I think we both kind of have walls up.
01:02 But our walls look very different, if that makes any sense at all.
01:06 But yeah, it takes a lot to earn our trust.
01:07 But then once you have it, you have it.
01:10 I think Max is definitely more assertive than I am.
01:14 And playing her has kind of like helped me to become a little bit more assertive when needed in my own life.
01:20 But yeah, Max has always kind of been very headstrong and sure of herself.
01:25 My favorite memory from Stranger Things...
01:28 I mean, there's a lot of great memories.
01:30 And I think my most favorite and most special memories are more so for me than for everyone else.
01:37 You have to keep some little details like private because they're so precious.
01:42 Everyone's so supportive and like waking up every day and going to set and being genuinely so happy to be there.
01:48 And having a cast that's just really uplifting.
01:51 That's kind of like where most of my best memories lie.
01:55 I think what I'll miss most about working on this show is the certainty that we're all going to see each other again and work with each other again.
02:02 When we're in between seasons, there's really not a lot of...
02:06 Like you don't feel this pressure to like hang out with one another because you know, like you'll see each other every single day for a year or however long it's going to take.
02:14 But once we don't have that anymore, I don't know what we're going to do.
02:18 So the "All Too Well" video, her team reached out to my team first and just said that she wanted to pitch something to me.
02:27 And then we exchanged numbers and I didn't know what she wanted me to do, but I would have said yes, probably no matter what it was.
02:34 And then she texted me and she pitched me the idea.
02:36 And it just so happened to be like the short film for my personal favorite and one of her most iconic songs.
02:43 So it was a no brainer for me.
02:45 And I've always looked up to her and loved her music.
02:49 So working with her was something I never thought would happen, but I'm so glad that it did.
02:54 What do the next five years look like for me?
02:58 I'd say I think something I really want to do is get back into theater, maybe.
03:04 That's kind of where like my love and passion for acting was born in a way.
03:09 So I'd like to kind of revisit that now that I'm older.
03:12 So, I don't know, that's on my wish list for the next five years and we'll see.
03:19 Whatever else comes my way, I guess.
