00:27 In our complaint, we have a recommendation, we have a prior, that there will be a preventive suspension against Mayor Alice Guo pending further investigation by Ombudsman.

00:45 What this means is that the preventive suspension is temporary, it will be removed from the position while there is an investigation.

00:52 So that will be the implication while there is an investigation. And then, whatever the result of this case, we will know what the possible penalty against her is.
