00:00 It's a very sad thing that's happening in our country.
00:04 And it's a thing that I'm honored.
00:07 In a way, I'm honored.
00:09 It's not that it's pleasant.
00:10 It's very bad for family.
00:13 It's very bad for friends and businesses.
00:16 But I'm honored to be involved in it because somebody has to do it, and I might as well
00:20 keep going and be the one.
00:22 But I'm very honored to be involved because we're fighting for our Constitution.
00:26 The money that was paid was paid legally.
00:32 There was nothing illegal.
00:34 In fact, the lawyer in creating the NDA -- because at that time, he was a fully accredited lawyer.
00:40 He wasn't a fixer.
00:41 I never thought of him as a fixer.
00:44 The media called him a fixer, or the prosecutors called him a fixer.
00:48 He was a lawyer.
00:50 And he was fairly good.
00:52 Later on, I didn't like what he did.
00:54 I didn't like -- for instance, I didn't like that when I became President, he went around
00:58 and made deals with companies.
01:01 When I heard that, he was gone.
01:03 He was gone.
01:05 And he had payments coming to him.
01:09 And a lot of this involved things that are very simple.
01:12 There was nothing wrong.
01:13 These were standard -- this was standard stuff.
01:15 All standard stuff.
01:18 Everything involved was standard.
01:19 There was no crime here.
01:20 In fact, I just watched a couple of the reports.
01:24 You watched Jonathan Turley, Andy McCarthy, Greg Jarrett.
01:28 You look at all of these people.
01:31 Mark Levin.
01:33 All very talented people.
01:35 Great people.
01:36 Many more.
01:38 Many more.
01:39 And they don't know me, essentially.
01:41 They don't know me.
01:42 They're legal scholars and experts.
01:45 But I look at them.
01:46 I watched Turley this morning saying, "There's no crime here."
01:52 Everybody says there's no crime here, except for this DA that's got the city out of control
01:58 with crime.
01:59 It's out of -- it's absolutely out of control.
02:01 So we have an NDA that was signed.
02:04 We have legal expenses.
02:05 And here's the thing on legal expenses.
02:11 You have 100 where they say they do a charge.
02:15 I just recorded this out.
02:19 Falsification of business records in the first degree.
02:22 It sounds so bad.
02:23 I said, "Wow."
02:25 And even my own lawyers, I get very upset with them because they don't say what it is.
02:32 They say, "Well, falsification of legal records is only a felony."
02:38 Well, that's a lot.
02:39 It's only a -- they say a misdemeanor.
02:42 But they try and bring it up to a felony if there's two crimes.
02:44 They have all these different things.
02:46 The other thing is they missed the statute of limitations by a lot.
02:50 Because this was very old.
02:51 They could have brought this seven years ago instead of bringing it right in the middle
02:54 of the election.
02:55 So they missed the statute of limitations.
02:57 They did everything.
