00:00Go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go, go.
00:02Let me see that.
00:03I'll have a copy.
00:14Mr. Trout, why are you giving us the free today?
00:18Mr. Trout, why are you giving us the trial free?
00:22Sir, we're concerned about the intention of the prison.
00:26Thank you very much.
00:28Here we go again. Five weeks. I've been here. I'm gagged.
00:33I'd like to answer all of your questions. They're very easy questions to answer, but I'm gagged.
00:37I can't talk as much as I would like to about this ridiculous case that's hurting our country so badly.
00:43Some of the reviews from yesterday are the by the way, everyone's against this case.
00:49I haven't seen one legal scholar or expert in the law saying that this case should have been filed.
00:58It should not have been filed, or at a minimum, it should have been filed seven years ago.
01:02Seven years old, everybody turned it down, including federal elections turned it down.
01:08Southern District turned it down. Bragg turned it down.
01:12Then he rejuvenated it when I was running for office. It's a terrible thing.
01:17At the request of Biden, the editors of the National Review say, quit Trump.
01:23Bragg has failed to prove his charges. Totally failed.
01:28Greg Jarrett, who exactly was defrauded? Voters who had already voted.
01:33Well, they already voted because all of this stuff came in after the elections.
01:37How were they defrauded? And then you say, what about Hillary with the dossier?
01:43What about all of the other things that go? And this is nothing. This is nothing.
01:48But what about all of the corruption, the voter fraud that you've seen over the last year on behalf of the Democrats?
01:54And nobody talks about it. This is ridiculous what they're talking about.
01:58This is called running for office. Greg Jarrett, the government which received full payment on all taxable income.
02:08The government, by the way, received full payment. Taxes were paid in full.
02:13In fact, they make comments on that. Even if the taxes were paid in full,
02:18the Federal Elections Commission that concluded the money paid did not constitute a campaign contribution under the law.
02:26And remember, this judge wouldn't allow it. So he's a very conflicted judge.
02:30Everybody knows that. You don't want to talk about what the conflict was.
02:33I'm not allowed to talk about it because of a gang order that he put on me.
02:36It's the one subject he really doesn't want to talk about. There was no fraud. There was no conspiracy.
02:42It's that simple. Moreover, without a primary crime, there can be no secondary crime.
02:47It's a classic lawfare weaponizing statutes because the law has been OK, because no law has been broken.
02:54That was Greg Jarrett. Ellie Honig, legal analyst for CNN.
03:00The crime here is not easy to explain or to understand. It's just not understandable.
03:05In other words, there is no crime. This is CNN.
03:10Catherine Christian from MSNBC. I call it MSDNC legal analyst.
03:18It's difficult because it's a very nuanced argument. It's never been prosecuted before.
03:24This is an argument that has never been prosecuted before and hopefully will never be prosecuted again.
03:32Andy McCarthy. This is anything but standard. It's the antithesis of standard, actually.
03:38The idea that they do not have to agree on what the other crime is.
03:43We spent six weeks wondering, what is the other crime? What is the other crime?
03:48And at the end, the thud we all get is this. There's three or four of them.
03:55And you could pick one from the other and they don't have to agree on anything.
04:00And what he's saying is it's so it's so corrupt. Nobody's ever heard of anything like this.
04:06It's called pick them. It's like the lottery. Pick them. You pick them.
04:10And you don't have to be, even though in a criminal case, you have to be unanimous.
04:13You don't have to be. Just give a couple of votes because the judge, unfortunately, is corrupt.
04:19Judge Jeanine Pirro. No one has heard of this. It's like there's a menu column A, B or C.
04:25You don't have to agree on it. This is a kangaroo court. This is unheard of.
04:30I've never seen anything like it. I've done this for 32 years.
04:33I'm not a federal prosecutor or a state prosecutor, so I know what I'm talking about.
04:37I'm not a federal judge. I'm a county judge, just like Bershka.
04:42This is New York law. This is Mike Wilhousen. He is 100 percent wrong. He's wrong.
04:48That's what Jeanine Pirro, very good woman, very smart woman.
04:52Jonathan Turley. This is becoming a three-card monty game on where is the crime?
04:59Smart guy. Where is the crime?
05:02Mike Davis. The U.S. would sanction a country for doing this. I think that's good.
05:06I think that's good. Steve Hilton. It seems that every single day these proceedings go on,
05:11the judge and the prosecutor just go out of their way to prove Trump's point.
05:16And I guess he is—I think I'm proving my point, don't you think?
05:19That's why I write some of these things that are very sad.
05:24Mark Levin. This Stalinist-like case, it's a Stalinist-like case.
05:29It has prevented President Trump from running for office.
05:34It has prevented him from campaigning.
05:37He's unable to campaign because he's been in a courthouse for five weeks.
05:41And yet we just had a poll came out, NPR.
05:46Trump's 54, Biden's 42. And that's with independents.
05:50That's the best we've ever had.
05:51They said this is the single best poll that Trump has ever had with independents.
05:55Trump's largest lead among independent voters, NPR, Marist College, 44-28.
06:03And junior is way down, way, way down.
06:08But it's 44. Junior is extremely liberal, by the way.
06:12He's extremely radical left. I think you know that.
06:15But he seems to be earning Biden probably a little bit.
06:19So that's it. It's a disgrace.
06:21The millions and millions of dollars that are spent daily on this case.
06:25Outside, it looks like it's Fort Knox, like they're guarding this.
06:29I've never seen so many policemen.
06:31Now, with Columbia University, you can plant a tent right in front of the main door, no problem.
06:36NYU, just put your tent up. Don't worry about it.
06:39Over here. But I just want to say that this is a very sad day for America.
06:44The whole world is watching. And it's a very sad day for New York.
06:48I've got through two of these trials already.
06:50It's a very with the same kind of a judge. It's all worked.
06:53It's all rigged. The whole thing, the whole system is rigged.
06:56Judge Gordon was overturned five times in my case.
07:00And he's going to be overturned again.
07:02And we were treated very, very badly.
07:05And the outside world is watching.
07:07And the outside world is just not going to bring their business to New York.
07:10And that's going to cost the city trillions and the state trillions and trillions of dollars.
07:15Businesses are leaving and people are fleeing.
07:18So you can see the quotes yourself. And thank you all very much.
07:22We'll come in later on in the evening.
07:24But we'll be here. It looks like a long time. Thank you.
07:34Thank you.
