00:05 We did a story recently about the most expensive places to buy property and the least expensive
00:10 places to buy property and this road actually came in top of that list.
00:14 This was taking details from the vast property sales site, Property Solvers, which came across
00:20 as the 10 most valuable and least most valuable.
00:23 And this particular street at the top, the listing was the average cost was about £885,000
00:29 so you can imagine it's quite an expensive street.
00:33 I've had a drive up and down today and spoke to some of the residents and seen some of
00:37 the houses and I've got to say some of the houses are very nice.
00:40 It's leafy, it's green, it's lovely around here, it's a very quiet area as well, just
00:43 the occasional bit of traffic going up and down Rottesley Road.
00:46 Speaking to a few of the residents, they said their property was, they liked living here,
00:51 they said it was nice, it was good for the schools, it was good for services, Tenthal
00:55 itself is a lovely place to live and in general they just said we like living in this road.
01:00 They were surprised to find out that it was as expensive as it was in certain places but
01:03 obviously people did say we can kind of see why with the, when prices go up or the market
01:10 at the moment.
01:11 But in general, they said that Rottesley Road was quite a nice place to live and I've got
01:13 to be honest with you, just walking up and down it, I can see their point.
