00:00 It's been overwhelming. The support that we've got from the WA agricultural industry today has,
00:05 it's been buoyant. We are, but nonetheless, we are still demanding that the Albanese government
00:13 and Murray Watt bin the suspension of the live sheep industry. And we won't stop until that
00:19 happens. We are now a bunch of activists, not just a bunch of optimists. And we will campaign to
00:26 change policy. And if they don't change policy, we will campaign to change governments.
00:31 It's Chris and Leanne Ringe from Kirrup in the southwest. And we're here to support our local,
00:37 the farmers of the state in trying to campaign against the government and the silly decisions
00:43 they've been making. And how important is it to have a big showing here today for an event such
00:48 as this? Very important. It's great. It's such a great turnout and shows how many people this is
00:54 going to affect the decisions that are being made. What's it going to do for the community
00:57 of Wandering with something like this going? Oh, look, we could lose a shearing team or the
01:02 local shearing teams. We could go from, you know, guys go from four teams to three. The local
01:07 contractors, you know, crutching contractors, well, they're not going to have the staff. They're not
01:11 going to have the sheep to crutch and they're not going to have the staff in the town. So
01:14 little towns are going to suffer. And then that goes all the way back down to your volley fires,
01:19 your ambulances. It's an effect that goes right through because if there's no work out in the
01:24 country for them, they're going to come back here to the city. And we need those volunteers out
01:29 there doing the best they can for us. Definitely an important show of support by all of Rural WA.
01:36 So we're coming together to strongly oppose the live export ban that Labor is setting to,
01:42 you know, impose on our industry, on our rural communities.
01:47 Sorry.
