00:26 We're really excited. We're working with some local producers down here to bring some
00:30 local products into the store. We've got a huge amount. I think we've got 150 different
00:35 local products from the Canberra region. That's making us really excited. We're working with
00:40 Three Mills. They've put a whole bakery inside the shop. They're baking fresh bread inside the
00:44 shop for us. That's going to be fantastic. We've got other concessions with us. Salumi here.
00:49 I reckon they're probably the best salamis in Australia. Salamis and prosciutto.
00:55 You'll wait until you try them. They're amazing. We have the best range of cheese in Australia.
00:59 There's a couple of people around the world I think do a bit better job in Berlin and so forth,
01:04 but I think we're doing an amazing job. I think we've got the best range of cheese in Australia
01:07 here. Customers will love it. We've got the freshest fruit and vegetables. Our meat offer
01:13 is really different too. Our meat offer is much more, you know, it's based around what's available
01:18 at the moment and so forth. You know what I mean? I think that one day it might be eye fillet. Next
01:22 day it might be rib cap or chicken wings or whatever it might be. We've got a very differentiated meat
01:28 offer. We're selling a lot of meat at the moment too, which customers seem to love.
01:31 Flopping up, you know, the different products that we're selling in the meat section. I think
01:35 that you'll see that our prices are very good, especially when it comes to the fruit and veg
01:39 prices. You know, we know we have such a big market share around Australia with, you know,
01:43 when we're buying it. We've known these suppliers for years. They love us. We're working really well
01:48 together and we, you know, really focus on delivering value for our customers. I think
01:53 everyone understands the cost of living pressures these days and so you can't, you know, it's not
01:58 about being expensive, you know what I mean? It's about, you know, this whole idea where quality,
02:03 freshness and value all comes together. That's what I think the customers around Australia really
02:08 love about Harris Farm Market. So Derek, are you excited that Harris Farm has come to Canberra?
02:14 Yeah, could have been here about six years earlier as far as I'm concerned.
02:18 Yeah, and you're familiar with Harris Farm?
02:20 Yeah, we used to shop at Harris Farm in Manly. I was there for 14 and a half years, so
02:27 we got used to shopping up there and sweating on coming down here.
02:30 So I guess what does Harris Farm offer, say, as an experienced Harris Farm shopper?
02:36 Well, variety for a start. Good quality. I mean, you know, the prices are a bit higher than
02:43 we used to be, but you get what you pay for ultimately. So it's a good quality start.
02:51 Lovely, thank you.
