00:13 Remember when we thought we would be opening Something About Her?
00:16 We were so young, so naive.
00:18 Obviously this has taken a little bit to get going.
00:20 How did you guys kind of block out the noise from any haters?
00:23 We had like our list of tasks that we knew we needed to complete, so we just stayed focused
00:29 on that and less focused on, you know, the many things that would float around that people
00:35 thought were going on.
00:36 What is the most exciting thing about seeing this whole thing come to fruition?
00:40 This has been years in the making.
00:42 I think just finally seeing people in here and sitting at the tables enjoying sandwiches.
00:48 So sandwich fans can expect to see one or both of you on any given day at the shop?
00:53 For sure, yeah.
00:54 So how did you guys think of the menu?
00:56 Katie was really passionate about having like a really classic Italian.
01:01 And for me, Greek salads are my favorite.
01:04 Ariana, you're doing Love Island.
01:06 How excited are you to do it?
01:07 I'm really looking forward to meeting all of the Islanders.
01:12 I'm super looking forward to just watching everything that they're doing.
01:18 But I will definitely be very involved.
01:20 I will definitely be having these girls' backs.
01:22 So the boys better watch out because if they try anything, I'm watching.
01:26 Is your boyfriend going to come with you to Fiji?
01:29 Yes.
01:30 Oh, a little bit.
01:31 For a few days.
01:32 And Katie, dating life, give me an update.
