00:19 "On behalf of the City of Margate, I'd like to formally apologize to Jason and Kylie Kelsey
00:24 for the experience they had in Margate City over the holiday weekend.
00:28 As a father with young children, I know as well as anyone the importance of a date night with your wife
00:33 and would like to offer a redo date night with dinner on me."
00:37 The video which was taken on May 25th showed a woman arguing with Kylie.
00:41 The popular Philly based podcast WTTW podcast posted the video to their Instagram May 28th.
00:48 In the video you can hear the woman saying, "I don't care who you are.
00:51 You will never be allowed in this town."
00:53 As the camera panned away, Kylie was heard replying,
00:56 "I can smell the alcohol in your breath. You're embarrassing yourself."
00:59 Although the video doesn't show what led to the confrontation,
01:02 the podcast's Instagram page detailed the situation, writing in the caption,
01:07 "Story we're getting is crumb bum was trying to get a photo with @KylieKelsey and JasonKelsey
01:12 while they were in traffic or in their car. Kylie politely said no and that's when the crumb bum went off.
01:17 You can hear the crumb bum saying, 'You'll never be allowed in this town.'
01:20 Honey, you just embarrassed yourself.
01:22 Multiple witnesses have messaged us and said the Kelsies did nothing wrong and were so polite."
01:27 Neither Kylie nor JasonKelsey have commented publicly on the incident.
01:31 However, the incident didn't rain on the former NFL player's Memorial Day weekend with his family.
01:36 During a recent episode of the Kelsey Brothers' New Heights podcast,
01:39 Jason opened up about his vacation with wife Kylie and daughters over the weekend.
01:44 "Well, we went to Seattle. We definitely went to Seattle.
01:47 Went to the beach, had a lot of fun with the girls, ate a bunch of beach food."
01:51 "Nice. Yeah, we had a great time."
01:54 And Kylie understands Jason's fame.
01:56 In 2023, while appearing on the podcast as a guest, she admitted she's happy to let fans get pictures,
02:02 but sometimes it's not appropriate.
02:04 "I do think that it's a little bit harder to go out and send him for ice cream if the girls want some
02:14 or head out as a family and try to do something without him asking to have pictures taken with him,
02:21 which is an interesting interaction for our daughters to watch.
02:25 But besides that, I do say oftentimes people will ask me while their friend's spouse is taking a picture with him,
02:36 they always ask me, 'Does he get annoyed by this?' or 'Does this bother him?'
02:41 And I always say to people, it's not like people walk up to him and say, 'Ah, you really suck.'"

02:50 "It's always in support of him. It's always encouragement and excitement in meeting him.
02:58 And they're always so loving when they talk to him. Who wouldn't enjoy that?
03:05 So outside of the very rare, we're trying to do something quickly or we're having dinner, just the two of us,
03:14 and someone sneaks in to get a picture or get an autograph, outside of that, I think that he appreciates it.
03:26 And so I can't be mad at that."
