00:21 Several government agencies and advocacy groups are gathering here in Rizal Park, in Luneta,

00:28 to unite in the fight for our flag.

00:30 This morning, the simultaneous flag ceremony will be held all over the country.

00:38 Here in Luneta Park, Armed Forces of the Philippines and Philippine Coast Guard will lead the flag raising.

00:45 National Historical Commission of the Philippines will lead the ceremony in the celebration of the flag.

00:51 There will be a Salute to a Clean Flag Manifesto led by PCG Commodore Fideles Salyedaw.

00:58 Some officials of the National Parks Development Committee are present.

01:01 Miss Cecil Lorenzana, Executive Director of the NPDC, will lead the ceremony.

01:06 The officials of the Salute to a Clean Flag Movement will also be present.

01:10 Later in the recessional, the Philippines will sing "Kung Mahal" together.

01:14 One of the activities of the National Flag Day here in Manila is the storytelling and tour of the life of the hero, Dr. Jose Rizal,

01:23 led by the Quintistas of the National Library of the Philippines.

01:27 Atornites Herbosa, former Securities and Exchange Commission Chair and descendant of Dr. Jose Rizal, is expected to lead the tour.
