01:57 that Ukraine can be successful in pushing back against Russian aggression for the good
02:04 of the Ukrainian people, for the good of our allies in Europe, and for the good of the free world.
02:11 In terms of the specifics, that is something to be worked out at the moment
02:16 between the Ukrainian government and the Biden administration,
02:22 which has done an incredible job to date in supporting our democratic allies in Ukraine
