00:03 due to a wire that is possible to be burned.

00:18 in New Lower Bicutang, Taguig.

00:20 It's sinking due to the heavy weight

00:22 and the post that is attached to the wire is already breaking.

00:25 The wires are almost touching their houses.

00:28 In Pagkalinawan Street in the same barangay,

00:31 the wires are already going in different directions.

00:34 And even though there's a post to raise the wires,

00:37 it still hits the truck when it passes by.

00:40 The wires are breaking.

00:43 Many have already been cut.

00:46 So the houses are being perished.

00:49 But they are more afraid of fire

00:52 because it sparks the wires.

00:54 Sometimes it even sparks here.

00:57 Fortunately, many people are helping

01:00 to fix the wires so that the fire can be put out.

01:07 it's already crying and the fire is burning the house.

01:11 The barangay said that most of the wires

01:13 are from telecommunications and cable companies.

01:15 Some of them are no longer working,

01:19 they are just installing new ones.

01:21 That's why they plan to pass an ordinance

01:25 until the old ones are fixed.
