00:00 Hello, my name is Gilles, I'm the owner of La Boulangerie du Marché, which is a French bakery
00:07 store in Burgess Hill. I've been coming here maybe three years now, I think it's my third year,
00:12 and I always do really well here, it's a really pleasant time to work in. I sell bakery which is
00:17 baked in Brighton, at the Rue Patisserie, which is a famous bakery in Brighton. I also sell lots
00:22 of local producers like the farm egg from Max Farm, and I sell the honey from Payne's Farm in
00:29 Hessex. I've got a selection of fruit and veg as well, so seasonal fruit and veg. I also have a
00:36 quite a nice selection of French producers such as Marseille soap, lavender from Provence,
00:43 cassoulet, things I bring over from France, which is quite hard to find in England and adds to the
00:49 atmosphere of the store. So yeah, I mean, I really enjoy Burgess Hill and maybe Port Dane when you're
