00:22 This comes after Malaysia Kini published an opinion piece by Seah

00:26 concerning University Technology Mara

00:28 where the columnist labelled the varsity an apartheid academy.

00:32 UMNO Youth Chief Dr. Ahmad Saleh said Seah's writings were baseless

00:36 and depicted UITM as a legacy of hateful and cruel Malay racism.

00:41 Ahmad said UITM was established simply to boost the education level

00:45 of the Malays and Bumiputras as they had been left behind in their own country.

00:50 He said describing UITM as an apartheid academy was inexcusable

00:55 and that a lesson must be taught.

00:57 Ahmad also called for the article to be taken down
