Here's a quick and delicious chicken chow mein recipe that can be ready in just 30 minutes:

Ingredients:

200g chow mein noodles
2 chicken breasts, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
100g bean sprouts
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper, to taste
Spring onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Cook the chow mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until fragrant.

Add the chicken slices to the pan and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the onion, bell pepper, and bean sprouts to the pan. Cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
