Updated censorship guidelines focuses on public safety and culture, says Saifuddin

The new censorship guidelines for films under the Film Censorship Board have been improved with three main pillars: public safety and security, religion, as well as morals and socioculture, Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail said on Monday (May 20).
He added the new guidelines were designed to allow industry players and film makers to produce quality work without compromising or limiting their creativity and skills.
