01:20 The President has not yet given an update on the investigation of Guo because the investigation of the Executive and Senate is not yet over.

01:43 The DILG first said that they were recommended by the Ombudsman's Office to cancel the preventive suspension of the Mayor

01:54 The DILG said that they have no power to suspend or leave the position of local officials.

01:59 Ombudsman Samuel Martirez confirmed that the DILG wrote to him.

02:03 What they received was a fact-finding report from the DILG that did not state what needs to be done.

02:16 The Ombudsman asked the DILG to file a complaint with a complete document

02:20 to investigate if the allegations are true.

02:24 The Governor of Tarlac did not know Guo before he became the Mayor.

02:32 Guo was crying because of the Senate investigation.

02:37 The first time I saw her, she was crying and she was saying,

02:42 "I'm afraid, the Senate is different, can I face it?"

02:47 He just said, "Be truthful, prepare your documents."

02:50 Guo is a party member of the NPCO, National People's Coalition.

02:55 Their chairman, former Senator Tito Soto, said that there is no discussion now
