00:32 worse than others. In Liverpool, Bath, Southend-on-Sea, Manchester and Birmingham, there's a two in
00:38 five chance of choosing a business not up to legal standards. But across all the more
00:42 than 280,000 studied food venues, only 73% of them are fully compliant. Officers rate
00:49 establishments on their handling of food, how food is stored and prepped, the cleanliness
