00:00 What has this journey, you know, incorporating women
00:03 into professional football been like for you?
00:06 - It's a dream, you know?
00:08 I think it's hard to tell at what stage you are
00:12 of the journey.
00:13 So in some ways it's scary,
00:16 but it is absolutely my purpose.
00:19 And I'm having a blast.
00:21 You know, somebody was telling me the other day,
00:22 like, you look like you're having a really good time.
00:25 - Yeah, you don't have bags under your eyes or anything.
00:27 You look incredible.
00:28 - No, but I am.
00:29 I'm having a blast.
00:30 Like I get to, every day I wake up
00:33 and I think about how to put women in position to win,
00:37 how to put women, how to accelerate equity
00:41 and make sure that there's an opportunity
00:43 for her in every space.
00:45 And so doing that for women in football is personal.
00:48 - Yeah, absolutely.
00:49 - I play tackle football.
00:50 I coach tackle football.
00:52 Doing that for the women that are here
00:54 and that are coming behind is personal.
00:56 But I honestly, it's also exciting
00:59 'cause it's a business opportunity.
