भिंडी खाने के बाद दूध पीना चाहिए कि नहीं: नहीं पीना चाहिए। इसका प्रमुख कारण यह है कि भिंडी में आयरन होता है और दूध में कैल्शियम यह दोनों एक रासायनिक गतिविधि जिसको चिलेशन बोला जाता है, उसके कारण एक ऐसी स्थिति में पहुंच जाते हैं - जहां शरीर ना आयरन को, ना कैल्शियम को शरीर में संयोजित कर पाता है दोनों मिनरल्स बर्बाद हो जाते है। कम से कम इन दोनों खाद्य पदार्थों में 2 घंटे के समय का अंतराल अवश्य रखें।
