00:03 When I eat something, I'll be careful not to eat too much sugar

00:10 I'll complain and I'll be very angry if I don't follow the rules

00:15 When my daughter is on the bed, she'll say "Did you brush your teeth?"

00:20 I'll say "Yes" even though I don't know the truth

00:22 Because later on, my mum will ask me to go back to the bed and I'll say "Yes"

00:27 She'll be like "Is that it?" and she'll have a bad breath

00:31 I don't mean to say I don't love my children

00:35 But if I'm being more specific, I'll say it's because of brushing my teeth

00:39 For me, it all started when I was young

00:43 So if they feel bad about me, I'll do it for them

00:51 I don't feel satisfied if I do it for myself

00:55 If Lara does it, I'll do it for her and I'll do it for her

01:01 I'll tell her to do it the way I taught her every single time until now

01:07 I'll tell her to do it up, down, clench, left, right, I'll teach her all of that

01:12 I hope that it won't tire or stress them out

01:19 Because when I see my teeth, it's like I'm brushing them

01:25 When I first started brushing my teeth, they knew that I was going to do it

01:29 So it's easy for them, they won't even ask me to do it

01:31 But they know that I'm brushing my teeth, they'll open their mouth, they'll turn around

01:35 They know what part of their mouth they're supposed to brush

01:39 My mum always asks me to do it

01:41 So when I don't ask her to do it, I'll help her

01:43 And she'll be like "It's easy for you to do it"

01:45 So that's the practice that I've taught my children

01:50 Which I'm very happy about

01:51 It's not like you have to brush your teeth before you sleep

01:53 It's not like that in our class when we were young

01:55 So when I was in university, when I was in college, I was the first one to brush my teeth

02:01 Before I go to sleep, when I see my friends brushing their teeth

02:03 I was like "Why do I have to brush my teeth?"

02:05 Because when we were young, there was no rule that said you have to brush your teeth before you sleep

02:10 It's great if you eat something before you sleep

02:13 And then after you sleep, you just sleep

02:15 So that's it

02:16 So it actually takes a toll on me

02:18 When you're older, there's a lot of procedures that you have to do

02:22 There's a lot of things that you have to do

02:24 When you're 6 or 7 years old, there's a lot of things that you have to do

02:26 So that's one of the things that I don't want to do to my children
