00:38 Oh, it's a lot of effort.
00:40 Let me ask you, have you ever used dietary aids for weight loss?
00:43 When I was foolish and in my 20s I did and they were disastrous and I vowed never to do it again.

00:54 It's one of those, you know, where you had like the cramps or you just still felt hungry

01:25 I'll start with breakfast because then breakfast is critical.

03:10 So the dietary A at snack time is the mitaki mushroom extract.
