A lucky sports fan has won a £3.5M house in Cheshire - where he will be surrounded by many of his footballing heroes!

Kevin Bryant, 53, a Man City fan, said he “hopes to bump into Jack Grealish when he pops out for a pint of milk" - after scoring a five-bedroom countryside retreat in the latest Omaze Million Pound House Draw.

The stunning luxury mansion is in Prestbury - in the heart of the Golden Cheshire Triangle where many stars from his favourite team live.

00:00I found out I won when I was driving home on Friday.
00:16Omaze called me and told me I'd won a prize.
00:19There was a big lorry with a huge screen on the back.
00:21I was just utterly gobsmacked.
00:23When everybody had gone, I went inside and cracked open a good bottle of whiskey.
00:27If you can't drink a good whiskey when you've won a £3.5 million house, when can you?
00:31I've been manifesting this win for ages and every time a house comes up, I'm always
00:36saying I'm going to win.
00:38And this time it happened.
00:41So I'm a big Man City fan.
00:43Now I own a house in Footballers Paradise.
00:45Maybe I'll bump into Jack Grealish going to buy a pint of milk.
00:49Even though I've won a £3.5 million house and £100k in cash, my wife is insisting we
00:54keep our 11-year-old Skoda Roomster.
00:57At least now we've got a double garage to keep it in.
01:00The house is absolutely gorgeous.
01:02The bedroom is stunning.
01:04The views from all the rooms are astonishing.
01:07This kitchen is where I'm going to learn to cook and the garden is fantastic.
01:11This house is just perfect for entertaining friends and family.
01:15Funny enough, my mum was actually born in Greater Manchester, so this is a homecoming
01:19for me.
01:21I followed Amaze because they do support a lot of charities close to my heart.
01:24When I saw how much they raised for Alzheimer's UK, I decided to subscribe.
01:28I'm so pleased I did.
01:33Wow, raising £3 million is so much more than we expected.
01:39Debra would be over the moon with this amount.
01:42It really will make such a difference in continuing the incredible work of the Bulb Bay Fund for
01:47Cancer Research UK, which was set up to continue her legacy.
01:52Bowel cancer is the fourth most common cancer in the UK and around 44,100 people are diagnosed
01:57each year.
01:58So it's really important to continue making progress.
02:02Bowel cancer can affect anyone and spotting it early saves lives.
02:07We want to say a huge thank you to everyone who entered the Amaze Cheshire house draw.
02:14Everyone at Amaze is thrilled that Kevin has won this gorgeous house in Cheshire.
02:18This means the Amaze community has now raised over £40 million for good causes in the UK.
02:25Whatever we decide to do, this win is going to change our lives forever.
